Many thanks to all of the visitors to this website,  Its 2012 already I cant believe how fast the last year has gone. Tiveys Carpentry and joinery has been busier than ever and hopefully 2012 will be as busy! Tiveys is now a Husband and wife team with Tiveys property services! Also we have a small army of other trades to hand if required such as electricians, plumbers, plasterers, decorators etc all good reliable lads (and lass's). This year we have done a few jobs on listed buildings and conservation areas, mostly replacement of doors and windows. These can be offered in uPvc (In some cases, please check with your local building control) or timber, New regulations mean that when windows are replaced they have to meet specific energy ratings to meet building regulations. I can also make windows in a range of timbers either a softwood or most hardwoods of your choice.

I can also help you out with that kitchen you want to replace, from removing the old one and disposing of it, to helping to plan your new kitchen, source and install it. If you dont want to stretch to a new kitchen then why not try a new worktop and doors, its loads cheaper than a full kitchen but gives the same effect! 

Ceramic wall and floor tiling is also one of the many skills to hand which gives a kitchen a good finish alternatively you could have matching splashbacks as an alternative to tiles.
 

The bigger project is also an option, if you need a porch or an outbuilding working on, it can be done. In the portfolio pages you will see a porch that was built for a client in north Wales with a slate roof and an oak pillar. The other one is an oak porch I build for Alister, he wanted a 6" x 6"  section oak framed porch with glass in it, more of this one in the gallery.
 

I can also offer bespoke projects if that is something you are looking for. Take a look at the bespoke page just to get an idea of the sort of thing i can do. If you have an idea, the chances are i can make it for you! Wether it be a special piece of furniture you would like or something as simple a bath panel. It will all be done to a high standard.
